Liam has worked in a range of roles during his career including supporting local schools through STEM initiatives and is currently Community Fundraising Manager for The Brain Tumour Charity. He’s a passionate advocate for helping vulnerable people build life skills and independence through our Ready Steady Rent programme.

A Chartered Accountant with a background in finance and social enterprise, Jane co-founded a prison charity and led a major agricultural project in Suffolk. Her personal and professional experiences give her deep insight into the challenges our clients face.

With nearly 45 years in education, Angela brings a wealth of public service experience. She’s especially committed to supporting those facing disadvantages and is proud to help The Stone Foundation deliver innovative housing solutions.

Nick has over 20 years experience in marketing and communications in a variety of industries including health care, financial services and electric vehicles. He’s a passionate advocate for raising the profile of mental health issues and encouraging discussion.

Joanne has spent 38 years in Education as a teacher, Headteacher, and Director of Education. She worked extensively with vulnerable children and families and led a SEND provision.Her skills in strategic direction and budget setting can help prioritise people in the local community who simply want one of the most basic of all human needs – a safe and supported place to call home.

Anne brings over 20 years’ experience in housing across the public and third sectors. Her career began in the civil service and then probation, before moving into housing roles supporting people facing complex challenges. Anne is known for her thoughtful and practical leadership, and for her strong belief that everyone deserves a safe home and the opportunity to live independently with dignity and confidence.

Angela is AAT qualified with over 30 years of financial experience within all sectors. She keeps our finances running like clockwork and brings clarity and confidence to our financial decisions.

Training Manager

Lizzie has 30 years of experience working in a housing-related environment at a grass-roots level with tenants facing significant barriers to accessing and maintaining secure housing due to societal challenges. Lizzie is a professional mediator and heads up the Ready, Steady, Rent! training course for The Stone Foundation.

With over 20 years of experience in local Government, Tracey has worked in a range of roles including Community Development, Housing Management, and Housing Development. She oversees our record keeping; managing the Licence Agreements; monitoring HB and Rent payments and organising regular inspections of our properties.

Jo is a qualified coach with more than 25 years of experience supporting people in both formal and informal settings. Her experiences have shaped her empathetic understanding and grounded, constructive approach. Jo keeps the person at the centre, ensuring agreed actions are practical, supportive, and aligned with the service user’s journey.
