Our housing projects primarily offer shared accommodation with 24/7 support, designed for individuals who may need ongoing assistance. Some residents may also transition into more independent ‘move-on’ flats over time. Referrals are made through local authorities, as the individuals we support often face significant mental health challenges.

Property owners – let’s talk

If you’re a landlord looking for peace of mind, we offer:

  • Guaranteed rental income
  • Full property management
  • Your property returned in its original condition

Get in touch, we’d love to work with you.

How To Get Help

Step 1: Get referred

Speak to your support worker, housing officer, or keyworker. We accept referrals from local councils, care providers, and housing support services.

Step 2: Assessment & planning

We’ll review your needs, housing goals, and any support requirements. If suitable, we’ll invite you to join Ready, Steady, Rent.

Step 3: Move in & get support

Once training is complete, we’ll help you move towards independent living and continue offering guidance as and when you settle into your new home.

Where we work and how to reach us

We currently support people across several areas of Suffolk, including Ipswich, Babergh & Mid Suffolk, Lowestoft, and surrounding towns and villages. If you’re based outside these areas, we may still be able to help or signpost you to other local services.

Not sure if you’re eligible? Don’t worry – just get in touch. Whether you need housing support, want to refer someone, or have questions about how we work, we’re happy to talk.
