Tenancy Training Coordinator and Course Facilitator
Do you have a ‘wow’ factor when teaching?
Can you engage and inspire people?
Do you have a creative facilitation style that leaves a lasting impression?
Then being a Trainer for the Stone Foundation might be for you…
The Stone Foundation (TSF) recognises that many people who are ‘vulnerable’ are more likely to become homeless through not being able to manage their tenancy. We have purchased, with the help of ‘Awards for All’, a Training Package which aims to equip individuals with all the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to manage their tenancies, finances and themselves with confidence.
Our ‘Pre-Tenancy Training’ course attracts people from many different backgrounds from care leavers to older people who have been in psychiatric care or prison.
Whatever their background, whatever their abilities, our ‘Pre-Tenancy Training’ helps put vulnerable people in control of their money and their lives and helps them manage their tenancy with confidence. We call it investing in their future!
This is initially a part-time job with a minimum of 40 hours per month (10 hours pw) with an initial salary of £28K pa pro rata, which will be reviewed periodically.
Location: Ipswich and surrounding area
